OXFORD – Brenda G. (Stone) Carroll, 73, of History Drive, died peacefully on Thursday, September 5, 2024, after losing her battle with dementia. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Jack A. Carroll of Oxford; three children, Jeff B. Carroll of Oxford, Jason P. Carroll and his wife Cintia of Clinton, and Keith M. Carroll and his wife Michelle of Lincoln, RI; three grandchildren, Tommy, Brady, and Olivia; and her siblings, Ronnie Stone, Sheree Saunders, and Marilee Swindell. She was predeceased by a brother, Gary Stone.
Brenda was born in North Adams, and graduated from Framingham North High School. She worked at the New England Telephone Company and multiple retail stores, where she excelled as a wardrobe stylist. Brenda was a dedicated wife and an incredible mother and grandmother, with a never-ending love and affection for her family. She loved plants, flowers, and was an animal lover. Brenda’s dog Kaley was her emotional support dog and they had an unbreakable bond. Kaley never left her side and brought her so much happiness.
Calling hours are Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. A graveside service will follow at 12:30 p.m. at North Cemetery in Oxford. Flowers may be sent or memorial contributions may be made to the Oxford Animal Shelter, 325 Main St., Oxford, MA 01540.
