AUBURN – Carl R. Longueil, 75, of Appleton Road, died Thursday, May 23, 2019, at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital in West Roxbury, due to complications from surgery.  He is survived by his mother, Mary R. (Seibert) Stoliker of Marlborough; two brothers, Vern E. Longueil of North Oxford and Kirk Longueil of Marlborough; nephews and nieces, Jeffrey, Kevin, Michelle, Melanie, Margaret and Brett; and many friends including his close friend Arthur Clements of Auburn.  He was predeceased by his father Richard Longueil and two brothers, Jeffrey Longueil and Dale Longueil.  He was born in Springfield and lived most of his life in Auburn.  He graduated from Auburn High School where he played hockey and served in the United States Air Force.

Carl was a proud member of the Mole Patrol for Gil Nobert Construction for 30 years.  In addition, he was an expert tree climber and tree remover.  He was a member of the Auburn Sportsman’s Club, enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was a very talented artist.

Carl was a charitable man.  In his memory, please make a donation to a charity of your choice.  All services are private.  Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
