Cynthia Harrison

WORCESTER – Cynthia M. (Gaucher) Harrison, 60, died peacefully on Sunday, April 1, 2018, at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester after a short illness. She is survived by two children, Lisa A. Harrison of Worcester, and Joseph R. Brennan and his fiancée Samantha Scanlon of Wheatley Heights, NY; her brother, Charles K. Gaucher of Pawtucket, RI; and two sisters, Cheryl A. Cicero of Barrington, NH, and Cathleen E. Gaucher-Senecal of Stockton Springs, ME. She was predeceased by her brother Gregory A. Gaucher. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Kenneth Charles and Joan Ann (Spain) Gaucher, was raised in Shrewsbury, and lived most of her life in Worcester.

Ms. Harrison worked at several local businesses as a retail clerk. In addition, she was a medical aid at the Glavin Center in Shrewsbury.

A graveside service will be private at Mountain View Cemetery in Shrewsbury. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the MSPCA-Angell, 350 South Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130. Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is assisting with arrangements.
