OXFORD/GRAFTON – David F. Alexander, 67, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, in his home. He is survived by his close friend and love of his life Ginny Radloff, whom he lived with for many years; three sisters, Joan Mikasha-Alexander of White River Junction, VT, Gail Houde and her husband James of South Grafton, and Sandy Eramo of South Grafton. He was affectionately known as uncle and Pepe to his nephews, nieces, and adopted family. He was born in Worcester, son of the late Louis F. and Gloria A. (Vincent) Alexander, and lived most of his life in Grafton and Oxford. He graduated from Grafton Memorial Senior High School in 1973.
Mr. Alexander was a security officer for Securitas for nearly 20 years prior to retiring in 2017, where he provided security for National Grid. Previously, he was a truck driver for DeFalco Concrete in Millbury. He was a member of the Teamsters Local 170 Union. He proudly celebrated 31 years of sobriety. David enjoyed working in his yard, especially in the flower garden growing roses and spending time with his grandsons. Dave was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan, and loved traveling to Aruba.
A memorial calling hour will be held from 5:00-6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. A prayer service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the conclusion of the calling hour. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
