Deena Williams

CHARLTON – Deena L. Williams, 71, of City Depot Road, died Wednesday, February 15, 2023, at the Rose Monahan Hospice Residence in Worcester.  She is survived by three brothers, Derrick Williams and his wife Connie, Dell Williams and his companion Kamby, and Dwight Williams and his wife Lisa; and many nephews and nieces.  She was predeceased by five brothers, Donald Williams Jr., Douglas Williams, David Williams, Daniel Williams, and Duane Williams; and a sister, Darlene Williams.  She was born in Southbridge, daughter of the late Donald and Frances (Neely) Williams, and spent over 10 years living in Orient, Maine, though she lived most of her life in Charlton.  She graduated from Charlton High School.

Ms. Williams was a very religious woman who kept the Sabbath throughout her life.  She enjoyed puzzles, reading, and going for walks.  She was a philanthropic woman who donated to many causes and charities.

A graveside service will be held at Northside Cemetery in Charlton.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10306.
