Ernest A. Leite, Jr.

DUDLEY – Ernest A. Leite Jr., 50, of Chase Avenue, died Tuesday, April 21, 2026, in his home after a battle with cancer.

He is survived by his sister, Karen A. Germain and her husband Brian of Woodstock, CT; two brothers, David R. Leite and his wife Betsy of Danielson, CT, and George St. Germain of Tucson, AZ; four nephews and nieces, Hunter Leite, Robbie Steele, Samantha Clancy, and Tiffany St. Germain; and several aunts and uncles.

He was born in Southbridge, son of the late Ernest A. and Stella A. (Weaver) Leite Sr., and lived between Webster and Dudley for the most of his life.

Mr. Leite was an oil burner service technician at Al’s Oil in Shrewsbury for the past five years. Previously he worked at Staples in Putnam, CT, for 10 years. He had a passion for working on cars and took great pride in his 1985 Chevy Caprice.

Services are not planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute/The Jimmy Fund, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284.
