Evelyn Huff

OXFORD – Evelyn A. (Bailey) Huff, 71, of Bailey Road, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, at her daughter’s home in Worcester. She was predeceased by her husband of 14 years, John W. Huff who passed away in 2001. She is survived by three children, Kim K. Powers of Worcester, Michael E. Harrison of Oxford, and Mark C. Harrison of Webster; two brothers, William Bailey of California and Erwin Bailey of Worcester; a sister, Bella Fox of Worcester; five grandchildren, Stefanie Powers, Ashley Powers, Kyle Harrison, Amy Avis, and Chad Harrison; a great-granddaughter, Skyla Griffin; and three nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Arthur Bailey. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Arthur B. and Antoinette (Lisauskas) Bailey Sr., and lived in Worcester and Oxford throughout her life. Mrs. Huff retired from Worcester Public Schools, where she worked for several years.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. Burial will follow at North Cemetery in Oxford. Calling hours are Tuesday, January 23, 2018, from 4-6 p.m. at the funeral home.
