Frank Maliff

OXFORD – Frank H. Maliff, "Frank the Burglar", 61, of Misty Meadow Lane, died Wednesday, June 11, 2008, at UMass Memorial Medical Center – Memorial Campus, Worcester, after a battle with cancer. He is survived by his angel, Noreen Blanchette of Oxford; four children, Kimberly Barrie of Oxford, James Maliff and his wife Susan of Oxford, Richard Maliff of Quinebaug, CT, and Matthew Maliff of Oxford; three sisters, Rebecca Knowlton of Bridgewater, Mary Cote of Worcester, and Jane Bay of Colorado; three grandchildren, Tyler Barrie, James Maliff, and Jacob Maliff. He was born in North Easton, the son of the late Richard T. and Virginia B. (Nolan) Maliff, and lived in Worcester before moving to Oxford in 1971. He graduated from Worcester Boys Trade High School in Worcester in 1965. Frank owned and operated F.T.B. Security in Oxford for many years, and remained active in his company throughout his illness. He had been a member of Alcoholics Anonymous since March 15, 1980, and was a member of St. Ann's Church in North Oxford. A funeral will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2008, from Paradis Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford, followed by a Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Ann's Church, 652 Main St., North Oxford. Burial will we private. Calling hours are Friday, June 13, 2008, from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Ann's Church, P.O.
