Gina C. LaFlamme

SOUTHBRIDGE – Gina C. (Wilkman) LaFlamme, 48, died unexpectedly on Thursday, April 13, 2023, in her home.  She is survived by two children, Melody R. Langer of Stafford Springs, CT, and Jaren W. Langer of Southbridge; her adoptive mother, Beverly A. Raymond of Lyman, ME; her first former husband, Patrick J. Langer of Holland; her second former husband, James LaFlamme of Southbridge; her former father- and mother-in-law, John and Karen Langer; seven brothers, Ricky, Chris, Nick, Adam, Peter, Jesse, and Brandon; three sisters, Nicole, Amber, and Courtney; three grandchildren, Negan, Jovee, and Emma; many friends including Amy Hogan of Southbridge; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong co-workers who loved her; and her beloved dog, Daisy.  She was predeceased by her biological parents, John Wilkman and Patricia (Bienvenue) Wilkman.  She was born in Worcester and lived in Sturbridge before moving to Southbridge many years ago.

Ms. LaFlamme was a housing manager at Open Sky Community Services in Whitinsville for 20 years.  She was a mental health advocate throughout her life and enjoyed painting, crocheting, and the beach.  Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

Memorial calling hours are Friday, May 19, 2023, from 5-7 p.m. at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford.  Calling hours will conclude with remembrances by Gina’s family at 7:00 p.m..  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Open Sky Community Services, 4 Mann St., Worcester, MA 01602.
