Henry P. Marchand

OAKHAM – Henry P. Marchand, 84, of Barre Road, died on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at Rose Monahan Hospice Home.

He is survived by his significant other, Paula McManus of Westboro; three daughters, Patricia Palumbo of Phoenix, AZ, Denise Jussaume and her husband Steve of East Douglas, and Michelle Ryan and her husband Robert of Oxford; his former wife, Paula (Beliveau) Marchand of Worcester; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

Mr. Marchand was born in Millbury, son of the late Albert and Eva (Duguay) Marchand, and lived in Worcester and West Boylston before moving to Oakham 15 years ago. He was a machinist at Wyman Gordon in Grafton for many years.

Henry spent much of his time at the Barre Senior Center and was a great woodworker and artist. He also enjoyed hunting, playing pool, and golfing at Bedrock Golf Club, where he was a member for many years.

Services will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
