Jane Laclair

OXFORD - Jane F. LaClair, 70, of Wheelock Street, died Tuesday, February 24, 2015, at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester. She is survived by four sister, nephews, and nieces. She was born in Fitchburg, the daughter of the late Julian C. and Jennie (Savila) LaClair, and lived in Fitchburg for 25 years and West Boylston for 15 years, before moving to Oxford in 1990. She graduated from St. Bernard's Central Catholic High School in Fitchburg in 1962 and attended Worcester State College. Ms. LaClair worked at Mass Glass in Worcester for 10 years, retiring in 1996. She was a member of St. Ann's Church in North Oxford and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She loved children, cooking, and reading. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at St. Ann's Church, 652 Main St., North Oxford. Please meet directly at the church. Burial will follow at North Cemetery in Oxford. There are no calling hours. Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
