CHARLTON – Jean Carol (Stockman) Duteau, 74, of Harrington Road, died peacefully on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at Harrington Memorial Hospital in Southbridge, after a long illness.

She is survived by three children, Melissa E. Day and her husband James of Leicester, Lucas D. Duteau of Charlton, and Carrie E. Grimshaw of Auburn; two sisters, Barbara Toutant of North Grosvenordale, CT, and Grace Vigeant of Oxford; and two grandchildren, Elizabeth Grimshaw and Grant Grimshaw.

She was born in Southbridge, daughter of the late Marvin and Charlotte (Carey) Stockman, and was a lifelong resident of Charlton. She graduated from Charlton High School in 1970.
