NORTH OXFORD/RAYTOWN, MO – Karen “Missy” (Sulminski) Hadley, 63, died peacefully on Friday, July 14, 2023, in Kansas City, MO. She is survived by her husband, Bill Hadley of Raytown, MO; her son, Tommy Hadley and his wife Laurie of Raytown, MO; two brothers, Paul Sulminski and his wife Susan of Oxford, and Jim Sulminski of North Oxford; her nephews and niece, Erik, Ben, Marcy, and Corey; her sisters-in-law, June Sulminski of Millbury, and Arlene Pechie and her husband Jim of Auburn; and her longtime friend, Dianne LaCourse. She was predeceased by a brother, Michael Sulminski; a nephew, Joel Sulminski; and her brothers-in-law, Jack and his wife Lynn, and Bob. She was born in Webster, daughter of the late Charles and Beverly Sulminski, and lived most of her life in Oxford before moving to Missouri 8 years ago.
Missy graduated from Oxford High School in 1978 and received an associate degree from Salter Secretarial School. She worked at Diamond Chevrolet in Worcester and Place Motors in Webster.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 18, 2023, at North Cemetery, Main Street (Route 12), Oxford. Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the local arrangements.
