WEBSTER – Lorraine D. Lamoureux, 78, died peacefully on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at Lanessa Extended Care in Webster.

She is survived by her son, Randy A. DeGrace and his wife Jillian of Leicester; two sisters, Lisette Ford of Oxford, and Lavena Shenette and her husband Brian of Oxford; three grandchildren, Adam Clark, Melanie Leboeuf and her husband Dylan, and Cadense DeGrace; her great-granddaughter, Lily Leboeuf; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by three brothers, Randy Lamoureux who died in 2013, Raymond Lamoureux who died in 2004, and Roger Lamoureux who died in 2023; and her former husband, Alcide DeGrace.

She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Joseph E. and Claire M. (Gauvin) Lamoureux, and lived in Oxford and Canada before moving to Webster over 20 years ago. She graduated from Oxford High School.

Ms. Lamoureux cared for her home and family for most of her life. She also worked as a high school secretary and at a nursing home in her younger years. She attended St. Roch’s Church in Oxford. She enjoyed knitting and caring for her plants. She loved music and enjoyed singing and playing the autoharp. Most of all she loved spending time with her family.

A private funeral Mass will be held at St. Roch’s Church in Oxford. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Boston Children’s Hospital Trust, 401 Park Drive, Suite 602, Boston, MA 02215.

Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
