Mark O'Toole

April 23, 1956 — June 4, 2018

OXFORD– Mark W. O’Toole, 62, of Westview Drive, died unexpectedly on Monday, June 4, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Mary F. Fasulo-O’Toole of Oxford; his son, Ryan A. O’Toole of Oxford; his brother, Michael O’Toole of Utica, NY; two sisters, Sharon Hass of Utica, NY, and Nadine Budlong of Syracuse, NY; as well as numerous brothers and sisters-in-law. He was born in Utica, NY, son of the late Michael and Patricia (DeFrank) O’Toole and lived in Oxford, MA for 23 years. He received his associate’s degree from the State University of New York at Canton.

Mr. O’Toole was a distribution supervisor for TJX Companies for 13 years. Previously, he was a store manager at Price Chopper Supermarket, where he worked for over 25 years. Mr. O’Toole was a member of St. Roch’s Church in Oxford. He was involved with hockey throughout his life, from playing and becoming a 2-time All-American while in college, to coaching youth hockey and supporting his son. He enjoyed playing golf, country music, traveling with his family, and was a fan of the Buffalo Bills. He loved his two dogs, Mia and Bella.


A funeral will be held on Friday, June 8, 2018, from Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford, followed by a Mass at 11 a.m. at St. Roch’s Church, 332 Main St., Oxford. Burial will be private at a later date. Calling hours are Thursday, June 7, 2018, from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are asked to be made to The USA Hockey Foundation or The Ron DeGregorio Goaltending Excellence Fund, 1775 Bob Johnson Dr., Colorado Springs, CO 80906-4090.
