OXFORD – Mary Louise (Phelps) Randall, 93, died peacefully on Tuesday, October 9, 2018, at Christopher House of Worcester. She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Earl G. Randall who died in 2012. She is survived by four children, Barbara L. Randall and her husband Kenneth Dyier of Worcester, Earl D. Randall and his wife Dixie of Georgia, Robert A. Randall and his wife Kathleen of North Attleboro, and Scott D. Randall and his wife Mary Ellen of Oxford; her son-in-law, Norman H. Anderson of Maryland; 16 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by a daughter, Jacqueline L. Anderson who died in 2011; and a brother, Windsor H. Phelps. She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Dr. O. Draper and Louise Marion (Houghton) Phelps, and lived in Oxford for 49 years. She graduated from Commerce High School and Salter Secretarial School, both in Worcester.

Mrs. Randall was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Oxford. She served on a church mission to Chicago with her husband, and served at the Boston Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a master cross-stitcher and enjoyed counted cross-stitch. She was an avid gardener, a voracious reader, and a fan of the Boston Red Sox. She will be remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, whose life was dedicated to her family and serving others.

A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 13, 2018, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 49 Old Webster Rd., Oxford. Burial will follow at North Cemetery in Oxford. There are no calling hours. Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
