Phyllis F. Crowley

WAYLAND – Phyllis F. Crowley, 93, died Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at Royal Health in Wayland.  She is survived by her daughter, Victoria Compton of Austin Texas.  She was predeceased by two sons, Gino Crowley and Michael Crowley; two brothers, Vincent Ruggieri and Joseph Ruggieri Jr.; and a sister, Lucia Picceri.  She was born in Boston, daughter of the late Joseph and Albina (Ciampa) Ruggieri Sr., and lived in Louisiana, Virginia, Hawaii, Boston, Worcester, and Oxford, before moving to Wayland in 2014.

A private graveside service will be held at St. Michael’s Cemetery in Roslindale at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverly Oaks Rd., Waltham, MA 02452.  Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
