Roger G. St. George

OXFORD – Roger G. St. George, 82, of Hope Avenue, died Thursday, November 13, 2025, in his home after a short battle with pancreatic cancer.

He is survived by his wife of 21 years, Diane R. (Gour) St. George of Oxford; two children, Lisa Gagnon and her husband Lyle of Oxford, and Russell St. George of Dudley; two stepchildren, Mary Innamorati and John Innamorati; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

He was predeceased by his first wife of 35 years, Antoinette (Cloutier) St. George, who died in 2000; a brother, Ronald St. George; and a stepdaughter, Donna Ramos.

He was born in Worcester, son of the late Arthur R. and Florence (Belanger) St. George, and lived in Oxford for over 50 years. He graduated from Worcester Boys Trade High School in Worcester in 1962, and was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War.

Mr. St. George was a delivery driver for U.P.S. for over 30 years, retiring in the early 2000’s. He was a member of the 200 Sportsmen Club in Webster, the Auburn Elks in Auburn, and a lifetime member of the VFW Post 5663 in Oxford. He was a member of St. Roch’s Church in Oxford. He enjoyed trips to Ogunquit with his wife every year.

He will be forever remembered for his amazing sense of humor and his strong desire to help those in need. The family would like to thank Brookhaven Hospice, especially his nurse Samantha, for the exceptional care given to him throughout his illness.

A funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 21, 2025, at St. Roch’s Church, 332 Main St., Oxford. Those attending are respectfully requested to meet directly at the church. Burial will be private at a later date. Calling hours are Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 6-8 p.m. at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main Street, Oxford.
