NORTH OXFORD/MARLBOROUGH – Ronald W. Twine, 83, of Thayer Pond Drive, died Sunday, August 31, 2025, in his home.
He is survived by his wife of 16 years, Janet L. (Duplessis) Twine of North Oxford; three children, Catherine Ternullo and her husband Stephen of Stoneham, Rhonda Crosby and her husband Charles of Milford, and Ronald W. Twine Jr. and his wife Amy of Illinois; five grandchildren, Nicole, Brett, Emilie, Samantha, and Madeline; and one great-granddaughter, Melody. He was predeceased by a brother, Gary Twine.
He was born in Marlboro, son of the late Ronald E. and Esther (Spear) Twine, and lived in Marlborough before moving to North Oxford in 2017. He graduated from Marlborough High School in 1960, and attended the Franklin Institute in Boston.
Mr. Twine was a master electrician for the Union Local 103 in Boston for many years prior to retirement. He was proud to be a member of the I.B.E.W. Local 103 brotherhood for 62 years. He was also a firefighter on the Marlborough Fire Department for five years.
A funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 8, 2025, at St. Joseph’s Church, 10 H. Putnam Rd. Ext., Charlton. Those attending are respectfully requested to meet directly at the church for the Mass. Burial will follow at West Ridge Cemetery in Charlton. Calling hours are Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 4-6 p.m. at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford.
