OXFORD – Roselyn E. (Mitchell) Beaudette, 92, died Saturday, August 5, 2023, at home surrounded by family. She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Albert J. Beaudette in 2009.  She leaves four children, Peter J. Beaudette of Dudley, (Carol predeceased) and family, Dawn, Rylie & Jeff, Harlie & Nick, Brandie & Brian, Amelia, Nathan & Meg, Kelly, Logan & Jenna, Maddox, Watson, and Evan; Paul Beaudette & Judy of Louisiana and family, Amy & Nathan, Landon, London, Lisa & Jim, Abby, Noah, Hannah and Andrew; Robin King & George of Oxford and family, Justin, Joshua & Jen, Wyatt & Isabelle; Rhonda Dziembowski & Ronald of West Virginia; and many nieces & nephews.

She leaves a brother Dwight Mitchell of Dudley; and four sisters, Katherine King of Charlton, Ruth DeFoe of Dudley, Claudia Blauvelt of Charlton, Ella Polinski of Leicester. She leaves four sisters-in-law, Marie Hadley, Doris McDonald of Webster, Joan Beaudette of Webster, and Beverly Beaudette of Charlton; and a best friend, Nancy Andrews & family of Spencer. She was predeceased by siblings, Karl Mitchell, John Mitchell, Annabelle King, & Marlene Butler. She was born in Auburn, the daughter of the late Archibald L. & Alma A. (Konkol) Mitchell. She worked at Webster Springs of Oxford for 26 years. She was a 4-H leader & volunteer for 35 years. She enjoyed watching golf and the Red Sox, and she bowled in the Women’s Industrial Leage in Webster for many years.  She loved camping, crafts, and most of all spending time with family & friends.  Thank you to Paula, Nicole, & staff at Overlook.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 21, 2023, at St. Roch’s Cemetery, Federal Hill Rd., Oxford.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) or American Cancer Society.

Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
