Sally Leclaire

OXFORD – Sally E. (Bellows) LeClaire, 73, of Main Street, died Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at the Life Care Center of Auburn, surrounded by her family after a short illness. She was predeceased by her husband of 29 years, Paul R. LeClaire who died in 1990. She is survived by three daughters, Lisa J. Marcelonis and her husband William of Oxford, Paula A. Pigeon and her fiancé James Racki of Auburn, and Tammy L. Saad and her husband James of Rocky Hill, CT; her brother, Bruce N. Bellows of Oxford; her significant other, William E. Fisher of Oxford; six grandchildren, Joshua, Tanya, Jason, Erin, Nicole, and Aaron; three great-grandchildren, Holden, Luke, and Kira; and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her sister Nancy Fisher. She was born in Webster, daughter of the late Robert N. Bellows and Arlene L. (Smith) Ramsbotham, and was a lifelong resident of Oxford. She graduated from Oxford High School and attended hairdressing school before starting her family.

Mrs. LeClaire worked at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester for 32 years, retiring in 2009. She attended St. Roch’s Church in Oxford. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, sewing, and most of all spending time with her family.

A funeral will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2017, from Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford, followed by a Mass at 12 noon at St. Roch’s Church, 332 Main St., Oxford. Burial will follow at North Cemetery in Oxford. Calling hours are Friday, February 17, 2017, from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
