Stephen Richard Angelo

WEBSTER – Stephen R. “Butch” Angelo, 74, of Webster, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 7, 2025.

Steve was the son of the late Stephen and Teresa Angelo and was also preceded in death by his brother, Jeffrey Angelo. He spent his whole life in Webster and worked side by side with his family at Nipmuc Liquors, where he became a familiar face and a friend to just about everyone who came through the door.

He loved collecting coins, tending to his garden, playing Keno and being surrounded by the people he cared about most.

Steve leaves behind his son, Aaron Angelo, and his wife, Jessica; his grandson, Owen; his sister, Crystal Cotto (late husband Kurt Cotto); niece, Lindsey Gauthier; nephews, Nicholas Angelo and David Angelo; and special friends, Amie Masters and Gerry Baldyga.

Steve will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and the many lives he touched over the years.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
