WORCESTER - Theresa (Willett) Conley, lovingly known as "Little Grama", suffered a major stroke on Sunday, December 12th. She passed peacefully on Wednesday, December 15th, (octave of) the feast day of The Immaculate Conception of The Blessed Mother. She had a life long devotion to Our Lady.
Theresa leaves behind two daughters, Kathleen T. Koneczny and her husband, John of N. Oxford, and Janet Conley, aka Giselle Antoine of Sonoma, CA, nine grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Born of Eugene and Aldea (Thiboutote) Willett, she was predeceased by her loving son, Michael Conley (d. 2013), her devoted daughter, Maureen Conley (Penny) (d. 2019), brother Joseph "Franklin" Willett and her devoted sister, Marion Roberts.
Raising four children alone, Theresa modeled hard work and prayer. She became a speech therapist and taught several years to adoring children. After retiring at 75, she was a beloved member of the Fabrics department at the then brand-new Walmart in Oxford.
Singing, laughter and parties are just some of what made our "Little Gram" so beloved. Her laughter, kindness to others and her fighting spirit will live always in our hearts.
