OXFORD – Edward A. Webber, 89, of Charlton Street, died Saturday, March 27, 2021, at Care One in Millbury. He was predeceased by his wife, Priscilla S. (DeGregorio) Webber who died in 2020; and his stepdaughter, Cheryl A. Hill who died in 2011. He is survived by four sons, William Webber, Edward Webber, Robert Webber, and Joseph Webber; his first wife, Marjorie; seven grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. He was born in Salem, son of the late Reginald J. and Maude E. (Bradley) Webber, and lived in Oxford for 20 years. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War, and spent several years living in England.
Mr. Webber worked at Stop and Shop Supermarket for many years. More recently, he retired from Gerber Electronics. He was a dedicated member of Grace Episcopal Church in Oxford, and spent several years working on the grounds of the church. He enjoyed cooking and baking.
A funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 17, 2021, at Grace Episcopal Church, 270 Main St., Oxford. The church has limited capacity and social distancing is required during the pandemic, so your understanding is appreciated. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Episcopal Church, 270 Main St., Oxford, MA 01540. Paradis-Givner Funeral Home in Oxford is directing the arrangements.
